As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we need to hire a full-time Rental/Used Equipment Coordinator to join our US Procurement Center in Richardson, Texas.  To succeed in this position, you must be highly organized, able to deal in a fast-paced work environment, must love detailed work, and be driven to achieve the procurement team’s overall objective of having the right product in the right location at the right time. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a desire to improve operations and streamline processes.


This position will be responsible for developing an efficient centralized rental management system.  This will include:

  • monitoring and reporting on standard and fixed asset rental usage
  • working with order fulfillment personnel to develop an efficient product and transaction flow
  • enforcing rental requirements and processes
  • assembling, testing, establishing pricing, for used equipment available for sale


  • Ability to establish and manage processes
  • Solid judgment skills; ability to make sound decisions on the fly
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of information
  • Strong Data Entry skills, with a strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Motivated and deadline oriented
